Every homeowner who contacts Istime Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, start by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Istime Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

You will get an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues involving licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also be able to help.
