This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves toward you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of its work. Because of how payment arrangements work, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of the network at that moment.

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, confirm insurance, request a written quote and compare other quotes before you decide.
